What are the delivery charges for orders from The Seed Fair?
If you have made an order over $99, you will receive Free Shipping. If you are under $99, USA orders are $10, and Canadian orders are $10
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your order timelines will depend on your location in the US and or in Canada. US orders do take about 3 to 7 days. Canada orders take about 3 to 10 days.
Where do you ship from?
If you ordered from the US, we have over 8 shipping locations in the USA. So your order will be received very quickly. If you are in Canada, we have one shipping location in Vancouver.
Do I receive tracking for my order?
Yes if you have ordered from the US you will receive tracking by email from us. Please make sure to check junk email or spam in case our emails go there. We use USPS and provide tracking on your order. For Canada orders we do not provide tracking as we use Canada Post. Canada Post wants to charge an addition $15 per order for tracking. Because Canada Post is reliable all orders are received without issue.
Are the seeds protected when shipped?
Yes you seeds are well protected in your order. We take extra measures to make sure your seeds come perfect. Extra security in the package as well we protect against radiation that comes from scanners in the post office.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes you will receive an invoice by email as well you are welcome to login into your account and view your order.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes all our orders are shipped discreetly with no labels on the front of the package. We want all our customers to be able to buy in privacy.
I have not received my order yet?
If you have not received your order yet, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will track your order and let you know on email. Our staff is available 24/7.
